Community Updates for 11/6/2026
Dear Luma Residents,
Friendly Reminders:
Window Cleaning Schedule: November 9 to November 13 | Stacks 03/05, 07, Terrace/Pool Elevator Windows and 09/11
This is a reminder that Chamberlin Building Services will continue washing the building’s exterior windows from November 9 to November 16. The anticipated schedule is as follows:
- Monday, November 9: Stack 03/05
- Tuesday, November 10: Stack 07
- Wednesday, November 11: NO SERVICE (VETERANS DAY)
- Thursday, November 12: Terrace/Pool Elevator Windows
- Friday, November 13: Stack 09/11
- Monday, November 16: Stack 09/11
For residential units, this round of window cleaning includes patio and balcony windows only. Please refer to the attached notice and schedule to find the estimated cleaning date for your stack, identified by the last two digits of your unit number.
The schedule may change due to wind, rain, or equipment issues. Daily updates will be posted on the mailroom bulletin board and sent by email.
Important Reminders:
Clear your patio or balcony at least one day before your scheduled cleaning date. The crew cannot move personal belongings, and items blocking the glass or walls may prevent the windows from being cleaned.
Keep all doors and windows closed while work is underway.
Crews will work between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please inspect your windows on the day your stack is cleaned and report any issues to the HOA office.
If you have any questions, please contact the HOA office at 213-742-0387.
Toys For Tots
Once again, the CAI Greater Los Angeles Chapter (CAI-GLAC) is partnering with the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) and Toys for Tots for its annual holiday toy drive, running from November 1 through December 2.
A donation box will be placed in the lobby for residents to drop off new, unwrapped toys. All donated toys will be collected and delivered to LAFD at the Spark of Love Toy Drive event on December 11.
Your generosity can help make the holidays brighter for children in our community. Thank you for your support!

We have about 30 volunteers confirmed, and another 15-20 who have expressed interest.
We will be planting more than 100 native plants in 36 planters along 11th Street between Flower and Olive Streets! It’s going to be beautiful! Thanks to the Social District BID for funding and CD14 for securing donated City supplies!
If you’re interested in joining us, please RSVP so we can plan for the right number of volunteers and supplies:
