Friendly Reminders:
A-1 Dryer Vent Cleaning for Homeowners
As a homeowner, you are required by the Association’s governing documents to maintain your property. A-1Duct Cleaning is offering Luma homeowners a bulk discount on dryer vent cleaning services. The more participants we have, the greater the discount on this essential maintenance.
There is still room to sign up of interested. Date will be for the following week. Please notify front desk at frontdesk@lumahoa.com
Window Cleaning Schedule: October 19–23 | Stacks 02, 04, 06, and 08
This is a reminder that Chamberlin Building Services will continue washing the building’s exterior windows during the week of October 19–23. The anticipated schedule is as follows:
- Monday, October 19–Tuesday, October 20: Stack 02
- Wednesday, October 21–Thursday, October 22: Stack 04/06
- Friday, October 23: Stack 08
This round of window cleaning includes patio and balcony windows only. Please refer to the attached notice and schedule to find the estimated cleaning date for your stack, identified by the last two digits of your unit number.
The schedule may change due to wind, rain, or equipment issues. Daily updates will be posted on the mailroom bulletin board and sent by email.
Important Reminders:
Clear your patio or balcony at least one day before your scheduled cleaning date. The crew cannot move personal belongings, and items blocking the glass or walls may prevent the windows from being cleaned.
Keep all doors and windows closed while work is underway.
Crews will work between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please inspect your windows on the day your stack is cleaned and report any issues to the HOA office.

Parking Garage Rules and Safety Reminder
Your safety and the safety of your neighbors is a top priority. We kindly ask everyone to help maintain a safe environment in our parking garage and driveways by following these important rules:
- Always obey the posted 5 mph speed limit.
- Come to a complete stop at all stop signs.
- Follow the directional arrows in the garage.
- Use extra caution around all blind turns, corners, and pedestrian areas.
Please drive slowly and remain alert for pedestrians, children, pets, and other vehicles. Even at low speeds, accidents can cause serious injury or property damage. These rules are in place to protect everyone in our community.
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to making Luma a safe place to live.
