Window Cleaning Begins October 13
A reminder that Chamberlin Building Services will begin washing the building’s exterior on Tuesday, October 13, with completion expected around November 17. This round includes patio and balcony windows only. Please refer to the notice and schedule enclosed to find the estimated date for your stack (the last two digits of your unit number).
A few things to keep in mind:
- Clear your patio or balcony at least one day before your stack is scheduled. The crew cannot move personal items, and anything blocking the glass or walls may prevent cleaning.
- Keep your doors and windows closed while work is underway.
- Crews work 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Dates may shift due to wind, rain, or equipment issues. Daily updates will be posted on the mailroom bulletin board and sent by email.
Please check your windows on the day your stack is cleaned and report any issues to the HOA office.
Questions? Contact the HOA office at 213-742-0387.

Building Safety Tip:
Emergency Contact & Wellness Check Information
At Luma, the safety and well-being of our residents is a priority. We encourage all residents to ensure they have an emergency contact listed on their resident portal profile.
While this is not mandatory, we strongly recommend designating a trusted family member or friend who can be contacted in the event of an emergency and, if necessary, be granted access to your floor using the spare key on file to check on your well-being.
If you do not have an emergency contact available, a wellness check through the appropriate authorities may be requested if there is a concern about your well-being.
If you would like to add or update an emergency contact, please provide the contact information to Adrian Guzman, Manager Assistant at aguzman@actionlife.com, so it can be added to your resident portal profile. Attached will be the Luma guest Authorization Form to fill out and return to Adrian or the front desk team.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and supportive community at Luma.
