Community Updates for 5/15/2026
Posted By flanglois on May 15, 2026
Dear Luma Residents,
Friendly Reminders:
Water Usage Reminder Following Window Washing
Following the recent window washing, we kindly ask residents to limit excessive watering of plants on balconies and patios. Overwatering may cause water runoff onto newly cleaned windows, balconies, and surrounding areas below.
Please be mindful of water usage and avoid allowing water to drip, spill, or flow over balcony edges whenever possible.
Residents are reminded that any excessive water runoff or other liquids that stain, dirty, or otherwise impact lower units, windows, or balconies may result in the responsible resident being charged for the cost of additional cleaning. Depending on the location, extent of the impact, and timing, these cleaning costs can be significant and may reach several thousand dollars.
Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.

Building Safety Tip:
Food Delivery Procedures
To help ensure building security and proper delivery handling, please review the following food delivery and package procedures:
When a food delivery driver arrives, the front desk will contact the resident for approval before granting access to the floor. Staff may also verify the delivery through the driver’s phone application before sending them up. If there is no answer, the front desk may send a Google text message to the resident for confirmation.
For perishable deliveries or packages, if access is not granted for delivery to your floor, the item may be brought back to the front desk. Perishable items will be stored in the refrigerator for safekeeping until picked up.
If you are expecting anything important, sensitive, or requiring special instructions, please notify the front desk so a note can be added to your SnapHOA Management account.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain both security and efficient delivery service.
