Posted By on February 20, 2026

Dear Luma Residents,

Community ReminderWorking Together Respectfully

We are proud of the strong sense of community at Luma and appreciate the positive relationships residents have with our staff. As a reminder, the Association expects all interactions with staff and vendors to remain courteous, professional, and respectful at all times.

Our team is here to support residents and help maintain the high level of service our community expects. If you have a concern, question, or service request, we encourage you to share it through the appropriate management channels so it can be addressed as quickly and effectively as possible.

Please note that the Governing Documents prohibit behavior that is disruptive, abusive, harassing, or that interferes with the Association’s operations or the ability of staff to perform their duties. Conduct that violates these standards may be subject to enforcement action.

Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming, professional, and respectful environment for everyone in the community.

Smells in the Hallway

We kindly ask for your mindfulness when engaging in activities such as cooking aromatic foods, smoking within your unit, or using heavily fragranced items. In a high-rise community, these scents can occasionally travel beyond your unit and into the corridors. As some individuals are more sensitive to scents, we encourage everyone to be considerate, as any odors that interfere with the enjoyment of another resident’s unit may be considered a violation of Luma’s governing documents.

To minimize the impact of odors, we recommend:

  • Opening your windows to ventilate and disperse any strong scents.
  • Using air purifiers to improve air quality and remove contaminants.
  • Checking the seal at the bottom of your door to help prevent odors from spreading into the hallways.

We are currently investigating several hallways to identify the source of the odor. If you notice the smell or observe anyone smoking in the building, please report it to the front desk immediately so the matter can be addressed promptly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant living environment for all.
