Dear Luma Residents,
Glass Awning Installation – Monday, 8/25
Our glass vendor will begin installing the lobby entrance glass awning on Monday, August 25, starting at 8:00 a.m. until finished. During this time, resident, guest, and vendor access will be directed by a GSI guard through the 11th Street stairwell exit.

Luma Garage Deep Cleaning
Monday, September 8 through Wednesday, September 10 from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule:
- Mon, 9/8: 3rd Level
- Tue, 9/9: 2nd & 1st Levels
- Wed, 9/10: Basement
Please remove your vehicle on your level’s cleaning day. Spaces with vehicles will be skipped and not cleaned later. Cars on levels below the one being cleaned will be covered for protection.
Management will conduct friendly reminder day prior to your level being cleaned.

Luma Floor Warden Volunteer Program
Each floor will be asked to designate a Floor Warden and an Alternate, both trained in high-rise emergency procedures. They will work with the Fire Safety Director and the fire department during emergencies, and will be knowledgeable about stairwell locations, life safety features, fire alarm pull stations, and the building’s evacuation plan.
More information will be shared next week, so keep a lookout if you’re interested!
