In light of recent incidences in the area, TEN50 will be hosting a Community Safety Meeting. Representatives from the LAPD and the South Park BID will be present to provide updates, share safety resources, and address questions or concerns from residents of TEN50, Evo, Elleven, and Luma.

Guide for What Not to Flush Down the Drain
To help protect our plumbing and building systems, please avoid flushing wipes (even those labeled “flushable”), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, grease, food scraps, cotton balls, or any non-biodegradable items. These materials can lead to serious clogs, backups, and costly repairs.

For more detailed information, please see the attached PDF outlining additional items that should not be flushed.

Waste Disposal Guidelines
Recycling should be disposed of in the blue bins are in the Recycling Room (1st floor garage, across from the elevator lobby).

Accepted items:
• Clean, empty bottles (plastic, glass)
• Cans (aluminum, tin)
• Plain paper (non-laminated)
• Flattened, clean cardboard

Trash
Use trash chutes for general waste only. Do not place bulky items, e-waste, hazardous waste, or compost here. For bulky item pickup, contact the front desk.

Compost
Green bin is in the same Recycling Room.
Please use compostable bags to prevent pests.

Acceptable items:
• Fruit & veggie scraps
• Bread, pasta, grains
• Coffee grounds & tea bags (no staples)
• Eggshells
• Soiled napkins & paper towels
• Compostable paper products (labeled)
• Yard trimmings (leaves, small branches)

Elevator Reservations for Deliveries and Construction Work
If you have any upcoming big deliveries, please check with the front desk in advance to confirm availability, as scheduled moves are reserved for the elevator usage.

Additionally, if you are conducting any approved construction or demolition work that involves the delivery of materials or supplies, you must also coordinate with the front desk to ensure proper scheduling.
