Parking Garage Courtesy Reminder
We’ve been notified of near-collisions involving residents from both Luma and Elleven due to vehicles entering from the wrong direction. Please be sure to follow all directional markers and observe the 5 MPH speed limit. Stay alert for oncoming traffic, reduce speed when turning, and remain aware of your surroundings.
Safety first—drive carefully.

The front desk provides an alternative way to communicate with residents through Google Text Messaging. This service enables direct messaging via Google Messages, allowing the exchange of texts, photos, and videos.
If you’d like to enroll, please visit the front desk and speak with a staff member to be added to the messaging database. Participation is optional.
Let us know if you’d like any further adjustments!
