April Voting for South Park Representatives on Your Neighborhood Council
Voting in the Downtown LA Neighborhood Council (DLANC) election requires a separate registration—even if you’re already a registered voter.
How to Register:
Deadline: April 14
Register online only: Online VBM Application Portal
Required Documentation:
Proof of ID, age, and residence
Property owners: Driver’s license generally suffices
Renters: Driver’s license + lease, renter’s insurance, or landlord letter
After Registering:
Check your application and ballot status via the Online Portal
