Roofing Project

This coming Monday, January 27, 2025, contractors will begin work on the roof of the LUMA building. This work is expected to be completed by the end of February, on February 28, 2025, weather permitting.

LUMA has contracted BluSky Roofing to perform this project, which involves a complete resurfacing of the existing roof. Contractors will be present on the PH2 level and using elevator #1 to access the roof.
It is unlikely that you will hear any noise during this process.
