Bicycles, Skateboards, and Motorized Vehicles Please be reminded that bicycles, skateboards, and any type of motorized vehicles are not permitted to be ridden through any common areas, except when used for medical purposes, such as wheelchairs or medical knee scooters. Metro Updates Due to Fire-Wind Impacts Fare Suspension Notice: Metro Board Chair Janice Hahn has suspended fares through today, January 10, due to regional power issues affecting TAP machines. Fare gates will remain open, and bus operators will not collect fares. Service Adjustments or cancellations: Several bus lines will be canceled, or they will be offering detours to certain areas. Also, the A-line train will be limited to certain areas but will have bus detours. The service will take place from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, during which time the trash chutes will be inaccessible. This is to ensure the work is completed safely and efficiently. Please leave trash bags in the trash chute area, and PTC will collect them in the afternoon. Pool Closure for Maintenance The pool will be closed from Monday, January 13, 2025, through Friday, January 31, 2025, for maintenance to address black algae. While not harmful to humans, it requires a thorough treatment process to prevent spreading. We expect the work to take approximately three weeks and appreciate your understanding as we prepare the pool for the spring and summer seasons. Terrace Etiquette for Pets Please do not intentionally use the 4th-floor terrace as a potty area for your pets. If your pet has an accident, kindly inform staff so we can ensure the area is cleaned promptly. Thank you for helping us keep the terrace enjoyable for everyone!
