Dear Luma Residents,
Holiday Fund for Staff 2024
As the holiday season approaches, we invite you to join us in showing our collective appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the Luma staff. Proceeds will be distributed to staff members based on their length of service. Please note the last day to contribute is next week, Friday, January 10th.
Residents may contribute any amount they wish, either by check payable to Luma HOA or, if you are an owner, by charging your HOA account. To charge your account, please email Adrian Guzman at aguzman@actionlife.com.

Christmas Tree Disposal
If you have a live, non-flocked tree, pick up a Christmas tree disposal bag from the front desk! Simply bag your tree and leave it in the recycling area. For flocked trees, also grab a disposal bag, but drop the bagged tree off outside the trash room on the 1st floor, as flocked trees cannot be recycled.
Tree bags are available now perfect for wrapping up the season and making cleanup a breeze. Stop by and grab one today!
Terrace Etiquette for Pets
Please do not intentionally use the 4th-floor terrace as a potty area for your pets. If your pet has an accident, kindly inform staff so we can ensure the area is cleaned promptly. Thank you for helping us keep the terrace enjoyable for everyone!

A-1 Dryer Vent Cleaning for Homeowners
As a homeowner, maintaining your property is required by the Association’s governing documents. A-1 Duct Cleaning is offering Luma homeowners a bulk discount on dryer vent cleaning services. The more participants, the greater the discount!
