A Fond Farewell and a Warm Welcome at Luma We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Taylor Jones for her invaluable contributions to Luma. Taylor began with us as an on-call employee, later transitioned to a full-time front desk role, and ultimately served as Manager Assistant to the General Manager. Her dedication and commitment have greatly impacted our community, and we wish her the best in her new role. We are also delighted to welcome Adrian Guzman as our new Manager Assistant. With 14 years of experience at Action Property Management, including his role as front desk supervisor at Evo and The Pacific, Adrian brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Holiday Fund for Staff 2024 As the holiday season approaches, we invite you to join us in showing appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the Luma staff. Contributions will be distributed to staff members based on their length of service, with the deadline for donations being January 10, 2025. Residents may contribute any amount via check payable to Luma HOA or, for owners, by charging their HOA account. Culturas Promotion Culturas, a new fine Latin cuisine and bar located at Hope and 11th, is offering free desserts and complimentary drinks to new customers who present this information along with the attached flyer (restrictions apply). A-1 Dryer Vent Cleaning for Homeowners As a homeowner, you are required by the Association’s governing documents to maintain your property. A-1 Duct Cleaning is offering Luma homeowners a bulk discount on dryer vent cleaning services. The more participants we have, the greater the discount on this essential maintenance. Only water, soap, and human waste should go down the drains—never food, grease, or items like so-called “flushable” wipes and/or paper towels. Food waste should be scraped into the compost or trash, leaving only small particles for the garbage disposal. Additionally, please never use Draino or similar products, as they can cause clogs and corrode pipes. Your cooperation is vital to maintaining our community’s plumbing system.
