Holiday Fund for Staff 2024
As the holiday season approaches, we invite you to join us in showing our collective appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the Luma staff. Proceeds will be distributed to staff members based on their length of service.
Residents may contribute any amount they wish, either by check payable to Luma HOA or, if you are an owner, by charging your HOA account. To charge your account, please email Taylor Jones at tjones@actionlife.com.

Packages
As the holiday season brings an increase in deliveries, we kindly ask that you pick up your packages promptly, as space is limited. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help bring your packages to your unit upon request. Thank you for helping keep the lobby organized for everyone!
A-1 Dryer Vent Cleaning for Homeowners

Proper Drain and Garbage Disposal Usage
To keep our plumbing systems functioning properly, please review the garbage disposal / drain guidelines. Only water, soap, and human waste should go down the drains—never food, grease, or items like so-called “flushable” wipes and/or paper towels. Food waste should be scraped into the compost or trash, leaving only small particles for the garbage disposal.
Additionally, please never use Draino or similar products, as they can cause clogs and corrode pipes. Your cooperation is vital to maintaining our community’s plumbing system.
