Posted By flanglois on December 6, 2024
Dear Luma Residents,
Holiday Fund for Staff 2024
As the holiday season approaches, we invite you to join us in showing our collective appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the Luma staff. Proceeds will be distributed to staff members based on their length of service.
Residents may contribute any amount they wish, either by check payable to Luma HOA or, if you are an owner, by charging your HOA account. To charge your account, please email Taylor Jones at tjones@actionlife.com.
For more information and to view a list of all staff members, please refer to the attached document. Hard copies are also available at the front desk.

A-1 Dryer Vent Cleaning for Homeowners
As a homeowner, you are required by the Association’s governing documents to maintain your property. A-1 Duct Cleaning is offering Luma homeowners a bulk discount on dryer vent cleaning services. The more members who participate, the greater the discount on this routine maintenance. For more information, please see the attached flyer. If interested, sign up using this link.
Proper Drain and Garbage Disposal Usage
To keep our plumbing systems functioning properly, please review the attached garbage disposal / drain guidelines. Only water, soap, and human waste should go down the drains—never food, grease, or items like so-called “flushable” wipes and/or paper towels. Food waste should be scraped into the compost or trash, leaving only small particles for the garbage disposal.
Additionally, please never use Draino or similar products, as they can cause clogs and corrode pipes. Your cooperation is vital to maintaining our community’s plumbing system.
