Holiday Fund for Staff 2024
As the holiday season approaches, we invite you to join us in showing our collective appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the Luma staff. Proceeds will be distributed to staff members based on their length of service.
Residents may contribute any amount they wish, either by check payable to Luma HOA or, if you are an owner, by charging your HOA account. To charge your account, please email Taylor Jones at tjones@actionlife.com.
For more information and to view a list of all staff members, hard copies are also available at the front desk.
11/25 Window Washing Updates
On Monday, November 25th, the window washers will finish STACK 11 Windows and start the STACK 13 windows.
Attached is the estimated schedule for window cleaning by stack. Please note that cleaning dates may change due to unforeseen factors (e.g., weather, mechanical issues). A current schedule is posted in the mailroom, and email updates will be provided.
Reduced Staffing Next Week
Due to Thanksgiving week, we will have reduced staffing next week, especially on Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday.
Proper Drain and Garbage Disposal Usage
To keep our plumbing systems functioning properly, only water, soap, and human waste should go down the drains. Please avoid disposing of food, grease, or items like so-called “flushable” wipes and paper towels. Food waste should be scraped into the compost or trash, leaving only small particles for the garbage disposal.
Additionally, never use Drano or similar products, as they can worsen clogs and corrode pipes. Your cooperation is essential to maintaining the health of our community’s plumbing system.
12/3 Johnathan Town Club Open House Invitation
The Jonathan Town Club is hosting an Open House on December 3rd from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and invites Luma residents to explore membership opportunities, including access to events, dining, and athletic facilities at their downtown Los Angeles location. 12/5 Luma 2025 Holiday Party- Save the date!
Join us for the Luma Holiday Party on Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at The Palm, located at 1100 S Flower St. Dress up and enjoy an evening of light bites and drinks with your neighbors! Cocktail attire is encouraged but not required.
12/6 Frost & Fir at Audio Graph Beer Co
Frost & Fir, a European-style Holiday Market, will take place on Friday, December 6, from 6–10 PM at Audio Graph Beer Co’s outdoor space on Olive and 12th Streets.
