11/9 Coffee with a Cop
On Saturday, visit the LAPD booth at the South Park Farmers Market, located at the corner of 11th St. and Grand Ave., for complimentary snacks and an opportunity to discuss community safety.
11/12 4th Floor Terrace Tree Trimming
On Tuesday, November 12th, the Board has contracted Viking Tree Service to perform essential tree trimming from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some noise may occur during this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the beauty and safety of our community.
11/12 Window Washing Updates
Due to Veterans Day on Monday, the window washers will continue cleaning the stack 16 balconies on Tuesday November 12th. Please ensure all items are removed from your balcony.
Attached is the estimated schedule for window cleaning by stack. Please note that cleaning dates may change due to unforeseen factors (e.g., weather, mechanical issues). A current schedule is posted in the mailroom, and email updates will be provided.
11/14 South Park Bid Annual Meeting
Join South Park BID’s Annual Meeting to unveil its rebrand and hear from LA Tourism about the impact of LA2028 on our community and businesses! Light refreshments will be provided. RSVP is required—click here for tickets.
12/3 Johnathan Town Club Open House Invitation
The Jonathan Town Club is hosting an Open House on December 3rd from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and invites Luma residents to explore membership opportunities, including access to events, dining, and athletic facilities at their downtown Los Angeles location. 12/5 Luma 2025 Holiday Party- Save the date!
Save the date for the Luma Holiday Party on December 5, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Keep an eye out for more details as the event approaches!
A-1 Dryer Vent Cleaning for Homeowners
As a homeowner, you are required by the Association’s governing documents to maintain your property. A-1 Duct Cleaning is offering Luma homeowners a bulk discount on dryer vent cleaning services. Protective Fencing
Most of the protective fencing is being removed but may be reinstalled if needed in preparation for the Presidential Inauguration in January 2025.
