Dear Luma Residents,
10/14 Kitchen and Bathroom Main Line Cleaning Continues w/ STACK 14, 1714, and PH 106
If your unit ends in 14 (stack 14) on floors 5–17, your kitchen and bathroom sinks will be accessed on Monday, October 14th, from 9 am to 5 pm. This includes the 1714 master bathroom sink and PH 106 kitchen and bathroom sinks. Please secure pets and clear items from under your sinks. Access is required, and schedule changes cannot be accommodated due to the sequential nature of the work. Refer to the attached schedule for details, and check the elevators and your email for updates. Thank you for your understanding as we continue our preventive maintenance program.
10/14 CD14 Candidates Answer Relevant Questions Via Zoom.
The South Park Neighborhood Association invites all voters to join the Zoom CD 14 Candidate Forum on Monday, October 14, at 6 pm. Join via Zoom: www.tinyurl.com/2TVZA7KS. 10/15 City Services Community Forum
Luma and Elleven will be hosting a city services community forum with our Council Office and the LAPD Senior Lead Officers for the area on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 6:00pm on the 4th floor terrace. Join this community forum to discuss community safety and ask city officials questions.
10/27 Howl-O-Ween with SPNA
Get ready for a fun-filled, lively event where dogs—and some owners—will be dressed in creative costumes! The dog parade and costume judging are the main attractions, and whether you have a dog or not, it’s a great time for everyone. The event is free, with plenty of food and drinks available for purchase, including a special doggie menu and dog-friendly beer.
