9/24 Reg #4 Testing
Gene Pira, Inc., in collaboration with LUMA HOA management and the engineering team, will conduct the mandatory Los Angeles Fire Department Chief’s Regulation No. #4 testing of fire protection equipment next week on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. This comprehensive testing includes fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency power systems, elevators, and other critical safety equipment, which may cause temporary service interruptions and loud noises throughout the day. Residents are advised to plan accordingly, take necessary precautions, and exercise caution, especially during the testing of garage roll-down gates from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
9/28 A Taste of South Park 2024
The 5th Annual “A Taste of South Park” will be held on Saturday, September 28th, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at 11th and Grand, featuring food and drinks from 16 local restaurants, live music, raffles, and vendor displays. 9/30 Kitchen and Bathroom Main Line Cleaning Begins
The Association will be cleaning the kitchen and bathroom sink main drain lines as part of our ongoing preventive maintenance. Access to scheduled units is required, and schedule changes cannot be accommodated due to the sequential nature of the work. More detailed information will be provided prior to the cleaning of your stack/unit. We appreciate your understanding.
