9/19 Make Voting Easier with South Park BID

Meet and learn about State Assembly candidates Sade Elhawary and Efren Martinez at First Draft Taproom and Kitchen on Thursday, September 19, from 6-8 pm. Sponsored by SPNA, DTLA RA, and South Park BID, this event addresses the common challenge of not knowing who to vote for by offering direct interaction with the candidates. Attending will help you understand how their plans could affect your life, as they shape laws and policies. 9/24 Reg #4 Testing

Gene Pira, Inc., in collaboration with LUMA HOA management and the engineering team, will conduct the mandatory Los Angeles Fire Department Chief’s Regulation No. #4 testing of fire protection equipment on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. This comprehensive testing includes fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency power systems, elevators, and other critical safety equipment, which may cause temporary service interruptions and loud noises throughout the day. Residents are advised to plan accordingly, take necessary precautions, and exercise caution, especially during the testing of garage roll-down gates from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

9/30 Kitchen and Bathroom Main Line Cleaning Begins

The Association will be cleaning the kitchen and bathroom sink main drain lines as part of our ongoing preventive maintenance. Access to scheduled units is required, and schedule changes cannot be accommodated due to the sequential nature of the work. More detailed information will be provided prior to the cleaning of your stack/unit. We appreciate your understanding.
