Community Updates for 8/9/2024
Dear Luma Residents,
8/20 BBQ Maintenance
On Tuesday, August 20th from 9am-5pm, our cleaning staff is scheduled to power wash the 4th-floor metal BBQ awnings. The barbecues and adjacent terrace will be temporarily closed due to the expected overspray from the maintenance.
Community Cart Usage
When borrowing a cart from the front desk, please navigate through the building and hallways with caution to avoid damaging common area walls or your unit doors. As everything has been recently touched up, any new damages may be charged back to you. Remember, maintaining our building’s appearance is a community effort, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping our shared spaces looking their best.
Balcony Etiquette
If you have a balcony, please refrain from dumping water, substances, or materials off your balcony, be mindful of overwatering plants, and consider using a damp towel for cleaning to prevent spillover. Remember that anything falling from balconies poses a safety hazard and violates our governing documents.
Pool and Spa Reminders
Please be reminded that our pool and spa hours are Monday-Friday 5 AM-11 PM and weekends 6 AM-midnight. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, no pets, loud music or noise, or glass containers are permitted in the pool area. Drinks must be in non-breakable containers. For a complete list of our swimming pool, spa, and terrace rules, please see signs posted on the 4th floor.
Trash, Recycling, and Compost
Please check the posted signs and the attached guide to know which items go in recycling, compost, or trash. If you have trouble accessing the trash chutes on your floor, please contact the front desk to let them know. Let’s work together to keep our community clean and green!
