7/31 SPNA 3RD Annual Summer Neighborhood Night Out!

Join your neighbors at the 3rd Annual Summer Neighborhood Night Out hosted by SPNA (South Park Neighborhood Association) and Audiograph (aka HiDef) on Wednesday, July 31, from 6-9 pm on the patio at 12th and Olive. No charge for admittance. Food and drink are available for purchase. RSVP your spot here .

8/3 Farmers’ Market Meet & Greet with LAPD

Begin your Saturday at the farmers market by discovering all the local goods. Afterward, visit the LAPD booth from 9 AM-11 AM for complimentary snacks and an opportunity to discuss community safety. The booth will be located on the corner of 11th St and Grand Avenue.

Pool and Spa Reminders

Please be reminded that our pool and spa hours are Monday-Friday 5 AM-11 PM and weekends 6 AM-midnight. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, no pets, loud music or noise, or glass containers are permitted in the pool area. Drinks must be in non-breakable containers. For a complete list of our swimming pool, spa, and terrace rules, please see rules posted on the 4th floor.

Towing a Car from Your Space

If you find an unauthorized vehicle in your space, contact United Carrier Tow at 213-747-2868. As the homeowner or resident, it is your responsibility to call and sign off on the tow; staff cannot do this. The tow company will need proof that the space is yours. Please provide a lease or deed to the tow company, or refer them to the front desk for space number confirmation.

Guest Parking Spaces

Guest parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These spaces require a parking permit, which can be obtained from the front desk. Please note that guest parking spaces are not meant to be overused by any one unit. If you frequently have guests, it may be time to consider purchasing a monthly pass offsite.

Mosquitoes on the Terrace

The Association treats the terrace professionally for mosquitoes; however, it is impossible to eliminate all of them. If you are using the terrace and find yourself getting bitten, consider using products with DEET, as these are the most effective at repelling mosquitoes. Also, if you have a balcony with plants facing the terrace, please be aware of any standing water, as this is an attractive place for mosquitoes to breed.
