Dear Luma Residents,
Towing a Car from Your Space
If you find an unauthorized vehicle in your space, contact United Carrier Tow at 213-747-2868. As the homeowner or resident, it is your responsibility to call and sign off on the tow; staff cannot do this. The tow company will need proof that the space is yours. Please provide a lease or deed to the tow company, or refer them to the front desk for space number confirmation.
Guest Parking Spaces
Guest parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These spaces require a parking permit, which can be obtained from the front desk. Please note that guest parking spaces are not meant to be overused by any one unit. If you frequently have guests, it may be time to consider purchasing a monthly pass offsite.
Mosquitos on the Terrace
The Association treats the terrace professionally for mosquitoes; however, it is impossible to eliminate all of them. If you are using the terrace and find yourself getting bitten, consider using products with DEET, as these are the most effective at repelling mosquitoes. Also, if you have a balcony with plants facing the terrace, please be aware of any standing water, as this is an attractive place for mosquitoes to breed.
7/22 Resident Fire Life Safety Meeting
Resident training for emergency procedures will be held next week on Monday July 22nd at 7:15PM on the 4th floor terrace and on Google Meet. If you’ve never attended a training session here at Luma or if it’s been a while and you are due for a refresher, please join the training session. 7/23 Fire Drill with Mandatory Evacuations
Please mark your calendar: from 4:15pm-5:15pm, this drill will include alarms, announcements, and mandatory evacuations, during which fire alarms will sound in units and common areas, strobe lights will flash, announcements will be made over the public address system, and fire gates in the garage and fire doors in common areas will close.
7/25 Trivia Night at Audiograph Beer Co
Audiograph Beer Co is hosting a trivia night next week on Thursday, July 25th starting at 7:00pm located at 1203 S Olive St.

7/31 SPNA 3RD Annual Summer Neighborhood Night Out!
