Window and Building Wash Updates
The window washers will continue on Monday, June 24, completing the PH 104 and PH 106 balconies and finishing the Stack 08 windows. Posted in the mailroom is an estimated cleaning schedule by unit numbers. Dates may change due to unforeseen reasons. Updates will be emailed throughout the week.
7/16 Resident Fire Life Safety Meeting
Resident training for emergency procedures will be held on Tuesday, July 16th at 7:15PM on the 4th floor terrace and on Google Meet. If you’ve never attended a training session here at Luma or if it’s been a while and you are due for a refresher, please join the training session. Package Room is Full
Our package room is nearing capacity. If you have multiple packages or have not retrieved yours in several days, please pick them up as soon as possible. We may struggle to store all incoming packages today without creating more space. For assistance with bringing packages to your unit, contact the front desk.
Pool and Spa & Deck Renovation Updates
While waiting for the grout to dry, we will complete detail work in preparation for the final inspection by the LA Department of Public Health. We are still on track to complete everything by the end of June, pending final approval.
Terrace Furniture Restoration Complete
All of the furniture on the terrace has been returned. Please be aware that there will be a significant amount of furniture in the terrace area until we move the appropriate pieces back to the pool area.

6/28 Sip and Shop Flea Market at Audiograph Beer Co.
Join us on June 28th from 6pm to 10pm at 1203 S. Olive St. in Los Angeles for a day filled with unique finds, local artisans, vintage treasures, and your favorite brews. It’s the perfect way to support local vendors and enjoy the vibrant community spirit.
