Community Updates for 6/14/2024

Posted By on June 14, 2024

Dear Luma Residents,

Balcony Etiquette Reminder

As the balconies and windows are being cleaned, please remember that anything falling off the balconies or windows is a serious safety hazard and can be annoying to your neighbors whose windows and balconies have just been cleaned. Please be mindful of any leaking plants or other items that might sabotage the freshly washed balconies and windows.

Pool and Spa Deck Renovation Updates

The pool contractors will be working through the weekend as they grout the pool and spa area. No major noise is expected, though there may be occasional sounds from mixing the grout with a power tool. We will keep you updated on any crucial information. Completion is still on track for the end of June. The reopening date is subject to final inspection and approval by the LA Department of Public Health.

Painting Project Updates

The painters will be working this weekend on Saturday 6/15 to complete touchups for final inspection throughout the building and the hallways. If you see any painters tape on the walls in your corridor, please do not remove it.

Terrace Furniture Restoration in Progress

The terrace furniture restoration project is nearly complete, and we expect all the furniture to be returned before the end of the month. Please note that there will be significantly fewer furniture pieces during this period.
