Community Updates for 6/7/2024
Dear Luma Residents,
Water Supply Repair is Complete
Thank you to everyone for your patience throughout this crucial maintenance project. Please remember it will take several days for the balance to be restored. If you are experiencing any water fluctuations, this is normal until the system balances out again. If your water is cloudy and has bubbles in it, this is normal—please let the water run, and it will clear up.
Window and Building Wash Updates
The window washers will continue on Monday, June 10, completing the PH 104 and PH 106 balconies and finishing the Stack 08 windows. Attached is an estimated cleaning schedule by unit numbers. Dates may change due to unforeseen reasons. Daily updates will be posted in the mailroom and emailed. See updated schedule posted in the mailroom.
Pool and Spa Deck Renovation Updates
As they finish tiling the pool and spa area, we anticipate intermittent tile-cutting noise that is not expected to be disruptive. We will keep you updated on any crucial information. Completion is still on track for the end of June. The reopening date is subject to final inspection and approval by the LA Department of Public Health.
Painting Project Updates
If you see any painters tape on the walls in your corridor, please do not remove it. The painters are using them as markers to complete touchups for final inspection throughout the hallways.
Terrace Furniture Restoration in Progress
They are working on the second half of the furniture. Expect completion by the middle of June. Note that there will be significantly fewer furniture pieces during this period.
