Community Updates for 5/31/2024
Dear Luma Residents,
6/4 and 6/5 Water Supply Repair
Next week, there will be a water shutdown for floors 4-PH2 on Tuesday, June 4, from 3:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Wednesday, June 5, from 7:00 AM to late evening to improve water temperature consistency and replace part of the main sewage line in the garage. Please do not use the water during this time to prevent air in the supply lines and sewage flooding in the garage. We aim to restore water before 9 PM but be prepared for potential delays. Updates will be provided throughout the day.
Window and Building Wash Updates
The window washers will clean STACK 04 windows and balconies on Monday, June 3rd. Due to the water shutdown on June 4th, the window washers will not have access to water, so they are scheduled to continue work on June 5th. Attached is an estimated cleaning schedule by unit numbers. Dates may change due to unforeseen reasons. Daily updates will be posted in the mailroom and emailed. See the attachments for more details.
Pool and Spa Deck Renovation Updates
The pool and spa renovations are ongoing and scheduled for completion by the end of June. The reopening date is subject to final inspection and approval by the LA Department of Public Health. We do not anticipate any more major construction noises for the remaining work, and we will keep you updated on any crucial information.
Painting Project Updates
If you see any painters tape on the walls in your corridor, please do not remove it. The painters are using them as markers to complete touchups throughout the hallways.
Terrace Furniture Restoration in Progress
They are working on the second half of the furniture. Expect completion by the middle of June. Note that there will be significantly fewer furniture pieces during this period.
