Elleven Management Update

Ambar Huerta, previously Elleven’s Manager Assistant is now their General Manager. If you see Ambar around, be sure to congratulate her on her new venture.

Balconies

If you have a balcony attached to your unit, please check and make sure there is no still water accruing because the still water encourages mosquitos.

Text Messages from the Front Desk

In an effort to improve communication with residents, you can now send and receive text messages to the front desk for food delivery, guest, or vendor notifications. The texting number is (661) 228-3022. Since we have to manually add names to numbers, please state your name and unit number when you text the front desk. Please continue to use 213-742-0387 to call the front desk.

Guest Parking

Our limited guest parking spaces can be a useful amenity if you have an occasional guest. However, guest parking should not be used as an additional parking space for your unit. If you find yourself using the guest spaces frequently, it may be time to explore nearby options for renting a parking space. Overuse of the guest spaces prevents other residents from utilizing them. Being part of a community is all about sharing. So, please adhere to the designated time frame indicated on your parking pass.

A-1 Dryer Vent Cleaning Dates for Homeowners

As a homeowner, the Association’s governing documents require you to maintain your property. A-1 Duct Cleaning is offering a bulk discount to Luma homeowners for their dryer cleaning services. We are scheduling the first round of dates for next week on Thursday the 28th, Friday the 29th, and Saturday the 30th from 9am-5pm.  If you’ve already signed up, please reach out to Taylor at tjones@actionlife.com and indicate a suitable day and time from the above options. If you haven’t signed up yet but would like to, please reach out to Taylor. Let her know if any of the dates and times listed are convenient for you!

A Taste of South Park is Tomorrow

The South Park Neighborhood Association invites you to ‘A Taste of South Park’ on Saturday, September 23, from 1-6 pm at the corner of Grand and 11th Street. If you missed the deadline to register for a free VIP Wristband ticket valued at $40 on Eventbrite, please reach out to Taylor at tjones@actionlife.com. Due to city codes, no dogs will be allowed inside of the event.

Sounds of South Park at the MOXY AC Hotel DTLA-Top Shelf Brass Band

Elevate your evening with Sounds of South Park- a monthly live music series showcasing Los Angeles performers, adventurous spirit of California. Sound Bath Mediation at The Sauna Lab
