Dear Luma Residents,
11th Street Exit Gate Update
The major parts for the gate are expected to ship on August 11th. We will keep you informed of any important updates as they are provided by Elleven’s Management team, who is overseeing this project.
Bike Cage
In accordance with the Bike Cage rules, unregistered and unclaimed bikes found in the bike cage are subject to removal and disposal by the Association. A properly registered bike must have a Luma sticker affixed to it and registered with the Association. If you need to register your bike, please contact Taylor at tjones@actionlife.com. Our objective is to ensure that all bikes in the cage are appropriately registered.
As a general reminder, please exercise caution when storing expensive items and refrain from storing any loose items in the bike cage.

Sounds of South Park @ HiDef July 13th
This summer, South Park BID’s “Sounds of South Park” music nights will be hosted throughout South Park at local venues. On July 13th, Sounds of South Park will be hosted at HiDef Brewing Co, with Mutant Groove performing a DJ set from 5-7 PM. Join us for an evening of good music, and grab drinks or food at HiDef!
