Daylight Savings
Don’t forget to set your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed on Sunday, March 12th.
Water Bottle Deliveries
If you have water delivered to your unit, please have them removed from the hallways as soon as possible. If you are not around to bring the bottle inside in a timely manner, call or send an email to the front desk and we are happy to store them in the recycling area until you are able to retrieve them.
Bathroom Vent Maintenance
Keep your bathroom vent efficient so it doesn’t have to work harder or take longer to clear humidity and odors from your bathroom. Under performing bathroom vents lead to moisture retention which leads to mold growth. Take a minute to review information on this and other maintenance topics on the website under the tabs Documents, then General.
Recall Petition of Kevin de Leon
On Thursday, March 16, from 4 – 7 pm, Debra Shrout will be collecting signatures on behalf of SPNA (South Park Neighborhood Association), in the Luma lobby for the recall petition of CD 14 Councilmember Kevin de Leon, our Councilmember in South Park. If you are a registered voter, stop by and sign the petition. It takes less than a minute. And, freshly baked cookies are available for as long as they last.
