11th Street Gate Repair Update

Dear Luma Residents,

In the time since the 11th street outbound/exit gate was run through by a vehicle on 12/4/22, Elleven’s Management has been working diligently with their insurance companies, local law enforcement, and their vendor to arrange for its restoration.

While delivery and installation will unfortunately take some considerable time, there is finally a potential completion date to report of July ’23.

We will provide additional details as the July ’23 approaches and as new pertinent information is made available to us.
