Dear Luma Residents,
Rubbish Room Usage
Our cleaning staff has noticed large materials and boxes at the bottom of the refuse. This is extremely inconvenient for them to dig out of the trash compactor. Please bring down all boxes to the recycling room. Large construction materials are not to be thrown down the trash chute. Please call the front desk if you need help disposing large or bulky items. We are happy to assist in disposing these items properly.
Thank you for participating in South Park BID’s E-Waste Drop-Off
Last month, South Park BID hosted an e-waste drop-off in collaboration with LA Conservation Corps. They collected over 400 lbs of e-waste, including old cellphones, flatscreens, printers and DVD players, which were all safely recycled. For more information on LA Conservation Corps, click here.
1/17: Zocalo/Da Poetry Lounge Spoke Word Performance: “does democracy need poets?”

EV Charger Installation – Promotional Price from EverCharge
EverCharge is offering new customers an EV charger plus installation for the promotional price of $4778.25. Regular price is estimated to be between $5478-$6478 (tax included.) Please see the attached flyer for details. Please note: Credit card companies charge a small percentage of the overall cost when paying by credit card.
