Dear Luma Residents,
4th Floor Barbeque Awning Cleaning
On October 11th from 9am to 3:30pm we are having the barbeque awnings cleaned. The barbeques will not be accessible during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Fire Safety Training
We will be having a fire drill on Wednesday October 26th from 4-5pm. As required by the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Regulations, high-rise residents are to receive two Fire/Life Safety Training sessions and participate in at least one fire drill per calendar year. Please keep an eye out for additional information as we get closer the fire drill date.
Street Work Notice Tuesday October 11 & 14th
On Tuesday October 11th and 14th from 6:30am-4pm there will be road work on Hope St from Olympic Blvd to Pico Blvd. Vehicles will have access during working hours on October 11th, but street parking will be prohibited. On October 14th the street will be closed to both parking and vehicles.
Watch the Dodgers at First Draft’s Golden Road Patio
Come join South Park Dodger fans at the First Draft Golden Road Patio as we watch the Dodgers begin the 2022 playoffs and take on the Padres or Mets starting next week. First Draft will have lots of Golden Road and game time food specials as the Dodgers begin their march to another World Series. Go Dodgers!

EV Charger Installation – Promotional Price from EverCharge
EverCharge is offering new customers an EV charger plus installation for the promotional price of $4778.25. Regular price is estimated to be between $5478-$6478 (tax included.) Please see the attached flyer for details. Please note: Credit card companies charge a small percentage of the overall cost when paying by credit card. Based on the special group rate for the installation, it works out to be $143.35 so the total comes out to $4,921.60 on a credit card and $4,778.25 when going through ACH or sending a bank check.
