Dear Luma Residents,

Design Committee Volunteers Needed!
The Board is looking for residents to volunteer for advisory committee to help them with decisions regarding new carpet and artwork for the lobby. The ideal volunteer will have a background, experience or education in interior design or a related field. A keen eye is needed to help beautify the community. Contact management at flanglois@actionlife.com for more information or if you’re interested!
Taste of South Park October 8th
You are exclusively invited to join your neighbors at the Taste of South Park event. This event is scheduled for October 8th from 5pm-9pm and includes residents from Luma, Elleven, Evo and Ten50. It will be held outdoors on Grand Avenue between 11th and 12th streets (in and around Evo’s courtyard.) Come and sample some of the delicious libations and curated food samplings by some of the best local vendors and enjoy music from a local jazz band. See flyer located in the mailroom for details.
Registering Your Vehicle / Unauthorized Vehicle Parked in Your Space
If you find a vehicle parked in your space, please contact the front desk staff. There a few things they can do to help identify the owner such as check if the license number is in our database (Registered vehicles are) and send out an eblast to let the owner know the vehicle is in the wrong space. If you choose to have the vehicle towed, you as the homeowner or resident must call the tow company and sign for this. Please don’t ask a staff member to call for you, we’re not authorized to do this! The number to the towing company is (213) 747-2868. You can register your vehicle by filling out a Resident Update obtained from the front desk. Thank you!
Leasing Your Parking Space
If you’re interested in leasing a parking space, there are residents who are interested in renting one. If you have a tandem space and you only need one space you could trade for a single space and rent the other. Please let the front desk staff or management know. We can put you in contact with interested residents. Thank you!
