Hotel Hearing Information for 4/26/22

Dear Luma Residents,   Under the “Local Construction” tab is the Central LA APC agenda for tomorrow’s hearing, Tuesday, April 26th at 4:30 pm. Luma and Evo have filed an appeal to this project. Instructions for attending this meeting via Zoom are in the Agenda document.   Also under the “Local Construction” tab is the staff report, which is linked below (due to size).  As expected, the City planner recommends denial of the appeal and approval of the project.   Concerned residents should speak at the hearing or send e-mails or letters to the Central Area APC.  Instructions on how to email or speak at the hearing are in the Agenda document. Please see the attached talking points by Luma and Evo’s attorney.    https://planning.lacity.org/plndoc/Staff_Reports/2022/04-26-2022/DIR_2020_3656.pdf
