Ways to Reduce Your Assessments
Over the next several weeks, we’ll be including this segment on ways you can reduce your assessments by making some small changes in your ‘normal’ routine. The Board’s objective is to educate everyone on these common-sense ideas and to hopefully reduce assessments, overall.
– Proper trash chute usage: Blocked trash chute not only causes a huge inconvenience for your neighbors but takes up a large amount of staff’s time to clear. Follow the posted rules carefully. Large objects, particularly large cardboard boxes should never be placed in the trash chute. Each resident is responsible for taking all of their disposables that do not belong in the trash chute, downstairs to the recycling room or the trash room both located on the 1st floor. If you need assistance with discarding large items or unwanted furniture, please contact the front desk and we can assist you with the arrangements.
Send Us a Selfie!
Thanks to all of you who’ve already sent us selfies! We encourage all homeowners and residents to send us a photo of yourself so we can upload it to the database. We can use this information for fast identification if necessary. Send your photo along with your name and unit number to frontdesk@lumahoa.com. We hope to see you soon!
