Ways to Reduce Your Assessments
Over the next several weeks, we’ll be including this segment on ways you can reduce your assessments by making some small changes in your ‘normal’ routine. The Board’s objective is to educate everyone on these common-sense ideas and to hopefully reduce assessments, overall.
– Pet stains: Unfortunately, animals can and will have accidents on floors from time to time, but it is essential that the area is cleaned immediately in order to avoid additional damages. But better yet, have your pet trained to only go where you deem it appropriately. Also walking more frequently reduces the likelihood of an accident. If your schedule is such that it is not possible, consider hiring a dog walker. They not only take care of the bathroom duties but can train your dog to be a well-behaved pet.
LA County Public Health Mask Advisory
3-12-22: Masks are still required in some settings and strongly recommended in others – see the summary here and details in the Health Officer Order
Send Us a Selfie!
Thanks to all of you who’ve already sent us selfies! We encourage all homeowners and residents to send us a photo of yourself so we can upload it to the database. We can use this information for fast identification if necessary. Send your photo along with your name and unit number to frontdesk@lumahoa.com. We hope to see you soon!
Smoking in Luma’s Common Areas
