Holiday Donation Drive
Luma is joining Elleven’s HOA and the SPBID in collecting donations for people experiencing homelessness in South Park. We are looking for donations of new items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, lotion, deodorant, socks and snacks. For a full list of items, click here.
You can leave your donations in a decorated box in the lobby, thank you!
Free Holiday Event in South Park Commons on 12/19
Starry Internet is hosting a FREE holiday event in South Park Common on Sunday (12/19) from 12-4pm. They will have music, a 360-degree holiday themed photo booth to create your own holiday digital postcard, and beverages. See the attached flyer for a Starry exclusive year end promotion.
Garbage Disposals and Drains – Best Practices
Living in a high rise is a little like living in one big home. If someone flushes something down a toilet or washes something down a sink and causes a clog, chances are you are affecting someone else in the building, your neighbor. This is a reminder of things that shouldn’t be flushed or washed down the drain. If you are unsure if something is safe to go down the drains, please err on the side of caution and put it in the trash.
Mask mandate: LA County Health Order Requires Face Coverings Indoors
Los Angeles County Department of Public Health continues its mask mandate requiring residents to wear masks while indoors, regardless of their vaccination status. That means anyone entering Luma’s common areas must be wearing a properly fitted face covering. Thank you for your cooperation.

Otis is obtaining the necessary parts to repair the elevator, while it’s down, please plan accordingly.
