Dear Luma Residents,
Luma Window and Building Wash Continues – Plants and Furniture
Monday, July 26th the team will continue cleaning the 16 stack windows on Hope St. Please see the attached files for schedules and a detailed explanation of the procedures each unit resident needs to take to ensure the best quality service. Please keep in mind that the window cleaners are not responsible for moving plants, furniture or other items on your balcony to gain access to the windows. If there are obstructions, your windows will not be cleaned.
Balcony Floor Coverings
It’s come to our attention that some residential balconies now have floor coverings. Please note that flooring needs to be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee and approved, prior to being installed. “No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon the project, nor shall there be any improvement or addition to or change in the interior or exterior of any unit, structure or other improvement including, without limitation, the painting of exterior walls and balcony floors, installing tile or other material on balcony floors, unless plans and specifications have been submitted to and approved by the Architectural Review Committee.” Applications for submittal and the Architectural Guidelines can be downloaded from the Resident Portal https://resident.actionlife.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F
Please contact the management office if you have any questions.
Trash Chute Doors – Close Completely
Please be sure that the trash chute door closes completely after you have disposed of your trash. If there is an obstruction that prevents it from closing all the way, the chute locks all other floors out. If you have a problem or are experiencing an issue with the trash chute, please contact the front desk immediately (213) 742-0387. Thank you for your cooperation!

Neighborhood Pet Parents – Cleaning up Pet Waste
As part of the community at large, we are asking residents from our three communities Evo, Elleven and Luma, to please continue to pick up after your pets to help keep the neighborhood clean. Thank you for your diligence!
Unidentified Motorcycles in the Garage
There are two motorcycles parked in the Luma garage with expired registration tags and a lot of dust on them. One is a Ducati; the other is a Kawasaki. Please note the rules state that no unregistered vehicles of any kind, may be kept or maintained anywhere in the building. If you are the owner of one or both of these vehicles or if you know who is, please contact the HOA Management office. If the motorcycles are not claimed, we will pursue having them towed.
Mask mandate: LA County health order requires face coverings indoors as COVID cases spike
Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has re-implemented a mandate requiring residents to wear masks while indoors, regardless of their vaccination status.
That means you and all your guests will need to wear a properly fitted face covering while in any of the Association’s indoor common areas.
Have a nice weekend!
