Terrace, Pool and Spa – Pet Rule Reminders
Pets are allowed on the terrace, under the control of their handler or carried, at all times. It is a violation to allow dogs to roam freely with leashes dragging behind them and we recommend you don’t allow pets on the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees. Please keep in mind that many of your neighbor’s homes are immediately adjacent to this space therefore you are required to keep all noise to reasonable levels especially during the early morning and late evening hours. Please don’t use the terrace area for your pet’s bathroom breaks, as it was not intended for this purpose. Pets are not allowed in the pool/spa area. See the attachment for a complete listing of all the Terrace, Pool and Spa Rules.
EV Charging Installation Update
The EverCharge team will be onsite next week Monday through Friday working on the basement level, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors starting at 9AM each day. They’ll be installing conduit on all of those floors, drilling and hammering. For yours and their safety, please follow all instructions from the EverCharge team.
Sounds of South Park

SPBID – Donate the thank you fund
A couple of weeks ago, SPBID launched the thank you fund – a program to thank South Park’s healthcare workers and support local eateries. All of the money raised by the fund will be used to treat healthcare workers to a snack, a beverage, or a meal at local restaurants, bars, and cafes. Learn more and make a donation.
