FROM ELEVEN BUILDING / BACK ALLEY GATE

Dear Residents,   The alley gate is still offline. Elleven Management is working with the vendor to get an estimated completion date which we will provide as soon as it becomes available.   There is an issue with several broken springs which is causing the gate to not function correctly. Because this could cause irrevocable damage to the gate, it was decided that the gate needed to be taken offline. The replacement parts will need to be ordered from Rytec – back east.   Thank you,    Luma Management
