SPBID Board Meeting to Discuss Proposed Hotel

Dear Residents,   All are welcome to attend SPBID meetings, which are currently being held virtually. At the next meeting, SPBID Board will be discussing possible approval of an extended stay, 144 room hotel with a solid wall rising 18 floors just 20 feet from Luma’s south facing units.
