Dear Residents,   Proper Disposal of Antiseptic Wipes The wipes in the elevator lobby are there as a convenience to residents. Please dispose of the wipes appropriately by not leaving them in the elevator when you exit. It takes everyone working together to keep Luma looking its best. Thank you for doing your part.   SPBID Board of Directors Meeting to Discuss the Proposed Hotel All are welcome to attend SPBID meetings, which are currently being held virtually. The upcoming meeting, SPBID Board will be discussing the proposed hotel at 1130 S.
