COVID-19 Updates and Announcements 3/20
Posted By flanglois on March 20, 2020
Dear Residents,
As you probably all know by now, the Governor of the State of California has issued an order that mandates all but essential services to remain at home. Please note that our services are categorized as essential and our operations will continue.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL CHANGES
Elevator Safety Etiquette – We are limiting 4 people to each elevator. Please follow Elevator Safety Etiquette and stand at opposite sides of the elevators.
FOOD DELIVERIES IN THE LOBBY
Please pick up your food deliveries at the Lobby. At this point, we are trying to minimize contact with people outside of the community. Please note, the Front Desk will not accept these food deliveries on behalf of residents. Drivers will be instructed to call you upon arrival, they can leave your food on a temporary table we’ve set up in the lobby if that’s your preference.
We are currently restricting non-essential vendors from accessing residential floors.
LOBBY FURNITURE
We have moved the furniture in the lobby to prevent residents from congregating near the front desk and near each other.
MAYOR ERIC GARCETTI ISSUES “SAFER AT HOME” ORDER FOR LOS ANGELES
What you need to know:

FIRE/LIFE/SAFETY TRAINING AND FIRE DRILL
These have both been cancelled until further notice.
PLUMBING STOPPAGES
Plumbers have been inundated with calls. We would like to remind you to please take care when flushing items down the toilet. Many people are using disposable disinfectant wipes on a regular basis, however, these wipes should never be flushed down the toilet, even though the label may state they are ‘flushable’. Only toilet paper should be flushed down a toilet.
VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE
If you need any assistance with groceries or other items, we may be able to help so please contact the front desk (213) 742-0387. Some residents who are home at this time have offered to provide assistance to others if needed. If you are interested or available please contact the front desk and we will add you to the list.
EV CHARGING UPDATE
EverCharge is working hard to get this project up and running. Currently this project is in the plan check phase with the Los Angeles Department of Building Services (LADBS). Once permits are in hand, and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power gives EverCharge the green light, we should have a clearer idea how long it will take to complete this project. We will provide updates as they become available.
Thank you and stay well.
