Elevator Repair Update from Otis

As soon as Otis receives the part, elevator #3 will be repaired.  Per code, the repair needed for the elevator, the governor rope installation, will have to be inspected by the City.   Otis is requesting the inspection however the date is a couple of weeks out.    It looks like it will be early December before the elevator repair will be complete and inspected by the City.  We will provide updates as information becomes available.

Currently elevator #3 is being used for MOVES ONLY and ONLY STAFF may be inside (no residents, pets…)
