Elleven – Reg. IV Testing Notice

Dear Luma Residents,

Elleven will be conducting their mandatory Reg. IV testing (fire life safety equipment) tomorrow, August 1st between 7:30 and 5:00pm.

As part of this testing Elleven will be operating the roll down gates (fire gates) on each parking level.
These gates separate Elleven from Luma and are located near each ramp.
The gates descend rapidly and will not stop once they begin.
Please, use extreme caution when in the vicinity of these gates.
There may be delays in raising the gates, so plan accordingly.
You might also hear thru out the day random alarms and announcements.
