LADWP Water Shutdown Update

ATTENTION

The water to the building has been restored and is available for use.

We have been purging the air out of the water system for almost 3 hours and believe we have purged the majority of it from the water supply.

When using the water the first time open the faucet or tub / shower valve slowly. You may experience air in the line when opening it the first time or even several different times while using it. This is normal until all the air has been purged from the system.

You may experience the water appearing white or milky in a glass, the sink or tub. This is air in the line and will clear up.

Floors 4-11 will reach maximum temperature in 30-60 more minutes.
