Dear Luma Residents,

What: Attention / Wood Panel Refinishing

Where: 1st Floor Elevator Landing, Elevators, Wood Paneling outside HOA Office and Paneling by Front Desk.

When: Wednesday, May 8th through Tuesday, May 21st, 2019.

Hours of Operation: 10:00pm – 6:00am Sunday – Thursday, No weekend work.

This letter is to inform all residents of the scheduled work to repair the main lobby, first floor elevator landing, and elevator wood paneling and to give you adequate time to make alternate plans for yourself if so desired.

Work on the wood paneling on the above mentioned areas will begin on Wednesday May 8th and finish on Tuesday, May 21st, 2019. No work on the weekend. The hours of operation will be from 10:00pm to 6:00am Sunday through Thursday until the refinishing of all panels has been completed.

This work has been approved by the LUMA Board of Directors in order to maintain the appearance and upkeep of LUMA for all the owners who are invested in maintaining the property’s value.

Areas cannot be completely sealed due to the nature of the material that is being applied. There will be a ventilating fan and duct that will pull residual spray out of the area that is being refinished through a charcoal filter into the 1st floor garage area.
