11st. Gate Work and Closure on Tuesday, April 30th 8am to 5pm

Dear Luma Residents,

The next phase of the garage gate installation will include some finishing touches and the installation of a loop system for the 11th Street entry and exit gates.

The loop system is activated by ferrous metals in a vehicle  and works in conjunction with your garage clicker. The 12th Street garage gate will not have a loop system installed and will continue to be accessible with only your clicker.

The loops will be installed on Tuesday, April 30 from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Please note that this portion of the work will require periods of saw-cutting into the concrete that will create increased noise; please plan accordingly. The 11th Street garage entry and exit will be unavailable during this work. Please use the 12th Street entry and exit when accessing the property during this time.
