Filming Notice for Jan. 11th and 12th

LOCATION: Luma – Lobby and Exterior
DATES: Prep. 11 January 2019 -7am to 7pm
Film, 11 January 2019 – 7pm to 6am
Strike, 12 January 2019 – 7am to 5pm
COMPANY: ABC STUDIOS “Grey’s Anatomy” (PRODUCER)

Producer will prepare, film and strike scenes for the television series “Grey’s Anatomy” in and around the Luma on Friday, 11 January 2019 as indicated below.

Producer will film dialogue scenes with people will be coming in and out of the lobby as if the building is being evacuated.

All the action is on the street. Camera positions will be on both sides of the Hope Street and on the sidewalk, curb lane and in the street.

Producer will have fire trucks and police cars with red lights flashing (but no sirens) on Hope Street.

Producer will have a crew of 85, about 15 actors and 100 background. Background and actors will be coming in and out of the lobby while camera rolls.

Producer will have pedestrian control for people entering and exiting the building while we are filming only.

LIGHTING:
Producer will light Hope Street from the following locations: Beebee on Olympic and Hope down the center of the street; condor on south side of 11th Street east of Hope lighting up the parking structure across the street, lights on the parking structure lighting the street, a scissor light on the south side of 11th street west of Hope lighting up the bottom floor of the Met Life Building, and finally a condor on the south end of Hope lighting northward.

All the action is on the street. Producer will ensure that lights do not bleed or bounce into residential windows.

STREET CLOSURES:
Producer will have a full closure of Hope Street from 11th to 12th from 8 PM until next morning.
